Please do. Most good projects start that way. We'll shape it together.
Can you help us work out what we need?
Yes. We ask a lot of questions first, so we solve the right problem.
Can you create just one thing?
Yes. One illustration, one character, one campaign idea. You don't need a full branding project to work with us.
What if we need something that isn't on your list?
Tell us anyway. If we can help, we will. If we can't, we'll say so.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what we're making, how complex it is and where it will be used. Each service page shows a starting price, and we'll give you a clear quote before anything begins.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
It depends on the project. Enough to get it right, without endless small tweaks. We'll agree it upfront.
Who owns the design?
We keep the copyright and you buy the rights to use it. Your licence covers where the design appears, where in the world and for how long, with a minimum of two years. A worldwide, unlimited licence is available, and so is a full rights buyout at an agreed price.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the project and our current workload. We'll agree dates at the start and we work hard to keep them. Rush timelines are possible for an extra fee.
