Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect through seasonstoriesagency.com, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
The website is run by Season Stories Ltd (3 Friars Avenue, London N20 0XE), which is responsible for the personal data collected on it. If your business is based in France and you become a client, your details pass to Season Stories SAS (19 rue Gauthey, 75017 Paris), which is then responsible for your project data. Season Stories SAS also acts as our representative in the European Union for data protection. You can reach both at hello@seasonstoriesagency.com.

Who helps us
We use a small number of trusted providers, each bound by a data processing agreement:
- Lovable and its database provider, to host the website and store enquiries
- Resend, to send enquiry notifications and confirmation emails
- Cloudflare, to protect our forms from spam (Turnstile)
- Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies
- Google Workspace, for our email and documents
International transfers
We work between the UK and France, and some of our providers, including Google, are based in the United States. When data leaves the UK or the EU, we rely on adequacy decisions (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the UK extension) or standard contractual clauses to keep it protected.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to send it to you or someone else. If we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, for example by unsubscribing or changing your cookie settings. If you're in France, you can also tell us what should happen to your data after your death. Email hello@seasonstoriesagency.com and we'll reply within one month.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the ICO in the UK (ico.org.uk) or the CNIL in France (cnil.fr).
Children
Our website and services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
